Some live music can only excell in an intimate setting, and this is the idea that gave birth to Live in Your Living Room, the house concert series in The Netherlands and Belgium. After six successful years, the living room has become to be regarded as an important addition to regular podia. 

This podium in not only limited to singer/songwriters, but also other bands that have benefited from the living room concerts. The idea is quite simple. Mainly on a Sunday evening, three "bands" are presented in an acoustic setting, aimed at the intimacy of a living room situation., in one of the 12 cities that Live In Your Livingroom is currently active. 

The living room is provided by a host who finds it exciting to have artists perform live in their home. Each of the three bands, play a set of 15 minutes and this provides the audience a variety of the different musical and artistic styles of the artists. There is an intermission of 20 minutes in which the audience and performers can enjoy beverages and snacks, as well as interact with each other. After the intermission, each band performs a second set, again of about 15 minutes each. 

The audience receives information from the artists regarding their work during the performances.

Each concert begins at 8pm and the price of admission is 10 euro, and includes food and drinks.
